Shipping Policy

Online Shipping:
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Three attempts will be made then item will be held at noted facility until date on notice states.
Undelivered and returned shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pick-ups:
Allow 4 business hours for the order to process prior to picking up.

Over-sized Items:
Items over 100lbs will ship through LTL Freight Carriers. Carrier will call and arrange for delivery. All deliveries, unless prior arrangements were made, will ship unassembled with a curb side delivery and tailgate. Customer must have arrangements for someone onsite to take shipment.
