SandBells are the most versatile and challenging, functional free weights on the market. The SandBell is a neoprene disc filled with sand that may look pretty innocent but will challenge your strength, test your stamina and push your limits like nothing else.
Patented design works grip, wrist and forearms
Shifting sand provides active live weight
Extremely durable, high quality design
Safer for all ages, levels and facilities
Multiple sizes, comes filled or unfilled
  • The SandBell reinvents free weight exercise by combining the best features of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls and sandbags into one simple yet powerful weight training tool.
  • Empty SandBells should be filled with dry, washed, all-purpose sand. A small funnel (sold separately) makes filling quick and easy. Once filled to desired weight, the fill nozzle is pinched closed and secured with a rubber band, then inserted into the SandBell to ensure against leaks.
  • SandBells are great for all the traditional free weight exercises as well as countless explosive power movements such as slams, tosses and throws. Made from soft yet exceptionally durable neoprene, the SandBell is tough enough to withstand any punishment you can throw at it. Working out with a SandBell not only hits the targeted muscles groups but also challenges grip strength by engaging the hand, wrist and forearm with every move. The dynamic shift and instability of the moving sand inside the SandBell also provides a unique training effect.
  • The patented, innovative disc design and sand filling allows for the weight to expand and force to dissipate over the surface area of the bag. This makes the SandBell extremely safe for all ages and surfaces.
